Lady Robin McGhee
Lady McGhee was born the third child of Ernest Sr. and Amelda Lee and was raised in Cliffwood, New Jersey. She attended and graduated from the Matawan – Aberdeen School system.
In May of 1995, Lady McGhee married her best friend and true love, Reverend Kenneth McGhee Jr. They are blessed to have two sons, Andre’ and Noah, whom they are eternally grateful to God for. They have been such blessings to their life and family and a source of tremendous happiness.
Lady McGhee currently works in the field of Electronics. She also worked in the Jewelry retail business for five years. Lady McGhee has attended Monmouth County Vocational School and Brookdale Community College and has obtained a License in Nail Technology and a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning.
For many years Lady McGhee and her family attended Providence Baptist Church in Cliffwood, New Jersey, under the pastorate of the Rev. Dr. Amelda Lee. Her husband the Rev. Kenneth McGhee Jr., served as the Assistant Pastor.
Lady McGhee has served in many areas of ministry over the years. These ministries include the Usher Ministry, Youth Choir Director, Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Christian Education, President of the Family Ministry, President of the Tehillah Praise Ministry, member of various choirs both at Providence and in the community, Women’s Ministry and Event Coordinator of the Ambassadors Gala “A Black Tie Affair”.
Recognizing a need for Christian fellowship among her peers, Lady McGhee was inspired, with the help of the Lord, to start “Daughters of Zion Christian Living Fellowship”. Later, along with her sister Minister Jenna Moore, she was asked to start a fellowship for younger women which birthed “Daughters of Purpose”.
Lady McGhee’s first love is singing praises unto the Lord and to worship him in spirit and in truth. Her love for the Lord and a thirst for his word prompted her to attend the Faith Deliverance Bible Institute, where she received a Certificate in Biblical Studies.
On May 19, 2015 her husband Rev. Dr. Kenneth McGhee Jr., was divinely chosen to be the new pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank N.J. On July 26, 2015 he was officially installed as pastor. While Lady McGhee is still new to Calvary, she is diligently working behind the scenes to further the Kingdom of God. She is working very closely with her husband, Pastor McGhee, to bring forth the vision God has given him for the church; “Equipping, Educating, and Evangelizing the World”.
It is Lady McGhee’s desire to be used of the Lord in every capacity and gifting that God has placed within her. Serving the Lord gives her great joy. She is striving to be all God has created her to be and wants nothing more than to be led by God in every aspect of her life. Having a love for God’s people, Lady McGhee is excited to see all that God has in store for the members of Calvary. Anticipating and waiting in expectation with great joy the promises God’s made to come into fruition.
